At this stage, we discuss:
• Which service you need (Dyeing/Printing/Manufacturing)
• What is the quantity
• Fabric/Garment specifications
• Delivery timeline
• Special requirements

📋 Sampling & Development

If the customer has requested a sample or finalized specifications:

• We prepare and send a lab dip (for dyeing orders)
• Or we prepare a prototype/sample garment
• We obtain customer approval
• We make revisions if needed

💰 Quotation & Rate Finalization

After sample approval, we send a detailed quotation:

✅ After customer approval: Purchase Order (PO) is confirmed

🏭 Production & Processing

After PO confirmation, bulk production starts:

* In-process quality check at every stage

🔍 Quality Checking

After production is complete, strict quality inspection is conducted:

• Every piece is checked at the Point Checking Table
• Needle Detector checks for metal contamination
• Measurement verification
• Color consistency check
• Print quality inspection
• Stitching quality assessment

📦 Packing & Delivery

After passing quality check, final packing and dispatch:

• Size-wise sorting
• Proper folding and pressing
• Secure packing with carton strapping machine
• Barcode/labeling (if required)
• Dispatch through reliable logistics
